The Olivier family story begins far from Chile, in the alpine village of Dimaro, Trentino, Italy. In 1951, seeking new opportunities, the family immigrated to Chile and settled in the Coquimbo region.
From cultivating vegetables to producing Chile’s national spirit, Pisco, Aldo Olivier built a deep connection to farming and fermentation long before Falernia was born. That legacy evolved into winemaking when he partnered with his cousin, Giorgio Flessati, an Italian oenologist, bringing together Old World knowledge and New World ambition.
The result is a winery guided by family values, patience, and an unwavering pursuit of quality.
