Varietal Composition: 100% Syrah
Vinification: The grapes were harvested from the Titon and Huanta vineyards, with an additional two months of ripening to produce a more complex and concentrated fruit. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks equipped with pistons to ensure the retention of exceptional flavors and aromas. After 8 months in French oak barrels and a year of aging in the bottle, the wine reaches great complexity and is ready to be released to the market.
Tasting Notes: Alta Tierra Syrah has a deep red cherry color, with aromas of blackberry, chocolate, and spices, and a complex palate of ripe blackcurrant, cherry, and licorice. The smoky finish is long and smooth a true expression of the Elqui Valley.

Varietal Composition: 100% Pinot Noir
Vinification: The grapes are handpicked from our Titon vineyard, gently crushed and then cold macerated prior to fermentation on the skins in small 2000 liter tanks. The malolactic fermentation and subsequent maturation of the wine takes place in French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Alta Tierra Pinot Noir is an elegant fruit driven wine with delicate aromas of black cherry and summer berries with a well-integrated French oak (hints of spice). Elegant silky tannins on the palate with long, toasty finish.

Varietal Composition: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Vinification: Made from grapes carefully selected from our Titon and Huanta Vineyards. The grapes are cold macerated and then softly pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15-16°C. After fermentation the wine is stored on the fine lees for about 6 months and then blended and bottled.
Tasting Notes: Alta Tierra Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in color. Aroma is intense, with ripe tropical fruits, elderflowers and citrus notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing with a good complexity, gooseberry and melon flavors.
