Varietal Composition: 100% Moscatel amarilla
Vinification: Grapes are softly de-stemmed, crushed and gently pressed with pneumatic press. The juice is naturally clarified and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature with selected yeast. The wine is clarified to reach protein stability and then stabilized through cold tartaric stabilization.
Tasting Notes:
Brilliant rich yellow in color. Nice aroma of peaches and apricots on the nose. Medium bodied onthe pallet; nice balance between sugar and acidity.
